Ellen Bedard earned her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2020 after spending her first year at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Bedard clerked at Angelini & Ori, LLC, and Joyce & Associates, PC, and was also the school’s Boston Bar Association Campus Outreach Co-Chair. She was also a S.J.C. Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney in Boston College Law School’s Juvenile Rights Advocacy Project, where she represented juveniles and individuals in both litigation and administrative matters, including special education issues, guardianship/mental health cases and visitation matters.

Ms. Bedard began working at Aceto, Bonner & Cole, PC in January of 2021. During Ms. Bedard’s time at Aceto, Bonner & Cole PC, she has worked primarily in civil litigation, focusing on trust, real estate, and contract and business disputes, probate and family law, assisting clients with divorce, probating a will, and administration of estates. She has also worked on the transactional side of Aceto, Bonner & Cole’s practice, assisting clients with the planning and formation of business entities, disputes involving allegations of bad faith or unfair business practices, and employer-employee matters.
